Got this to replace my broken 20 0z. Smilatte M016 mug (which I loved). It nicely holds 18 oz. of coffee and about an ounce of creamer with about a half inch of space left at the top-perfect! Very ergonomically comfortable handle with the thumb rest at the top (I am a six foot male). This is the second time I purchased the same coffee mug. My husband dropped the last one onto the ceramic tile floor and the handle came off. It's a perfect size (21 oz) for a generous cup of coffee, keeps the coffee warm and is microwave-safe. He usually reheats it once or twice as he sips at it for most of the day. Holds 21 oz. Well made. Nice finish. The handle makes it my favorite. The tail on the bottom of the handle works as a fulcrum. It stabilizes the cup and gives you additional lifting power. Genius. Buy a couple. No regrets.
