I am a big guy with big hands and I like big cups, but Wow that's a big cup. I love it, it's got a nice smooth high gloss finish inside and out, the only place that doesn't is the ring around the outside of the bottom of the cup to keep it from sliding. Most coffee cups handles I can put 2 maybe three fingers inside of because of how big my hands are, with this one I can get my whole fist in it including my thumb! If it's full and you grab it closed fist please be carful, I almost needed two hands. Proper three fingers inside, thumb on top and pinky underneath works best with handling this big cup. I got one of those mini coffee makers because I don't have muck space in my little kitchenet and it makes 5 cups of coffee. I made 4 cups of coffee in the pot and poured it into this cup for the first time found that it was the perfect amount to leave enough room for cream and sugar. The disappointing thing about this cup is that it does not have very good heat retention. It would have only gotten 3 stars for this fact because after just ten minutes my coffee was already luke warm and a half hour later it was cold. But, I like this cup some much otherwise that it gets another star and I am thinking about getting one of those electric cup warmers. This would probably make a good soup cup, I can just see it now this cup fill with pipping hot French onion soup and a piece of provolone cheese melted over the top with my chef's torch, Mmmm, Enjoy! ... show more

I usually brew a cup of tea for breakfast, then sip it throughout the day. The really large size of this cup allows me to continue drinking lots of tea longer without reverting to a soft drink to keep getting my caffeine. The blue color and design are striking.

I am reviewing the purple extra big mug, pictured next to another regular sized mug from the same brand. I LOVE this mug. The shape feels good to hold, it's so smooth and nice. I like that it is wider on the bottom for more stability, and it helps avoid spilling. The colors are gorgeous and it is a heavy mug. I'm kinda a fan of this brand now. Absolutely giftable. The top half of the ceramic is glossed, while the bottom in matte (but still smooth)! Can't go wrong with this. 10/10 ... show more
