Features a true-running “R” bend wire for incredible vibration and a single Colorado blade that provides the perfect amount of flash & water displacement. SPECIES: Bass, Smallmouth. HOOKS: 1/0 Mustad. The 40 strand Bio-Flex silicone skirt features all of the baitfish and insect patterns available in the Pond Magic line. The head features realistic 3-D eye, a high quality Mustad round- bend hook & a ball bearing swivel.

Runs a few inches below the surface even on a fast retrieve, which is what the locals seem to need to get interested. Other designs I've bought recently head for the surface. This is a bit smaller than most of the sizes I've seen sold commonly at Bass Pro or Walmart around here in south Florida. Fairly good weed resistance in shallow water, and sideways casts along shore are about 60% of what I need out of this. Caught the 20" largemouth on the second cast. Face full of weeds, but you can see the Pond Magic in his craw. The colorful fellow next to my foot fell for the trickery after about a dozen casts in another spot that first day. Recommended at around the $3 mark. Check color combinations for individual pricing since it varies a lot. ... show more
