These are excellent beginner skates! They are extremely well made, and very comfortable. The wheels are perfect for outdoors, and can be worn on indoor surfaces as well. These glow wheels look excellent on the rink at these glow skate parties that are so popular nowadays. This is the 4th pair I have bought. As my daughters have outgrown them we keep going back to same style because they love them so much. I have been skating in the same pair for 2 years and they are still going strong. Bont makes a phenomenal product. They thought of everything with these skates.

Ordered a size 6, fits well. I’m a woman’s 8.5 (boots) 9 (sandals) normally. Used measurement guide. 6.5 probably would have worked with thicker socks, too. My feet are narrow. Everything assembled and wheels all light up. Fun!

I own moxie Lollies, Moxie Beach Bunnies, Chaya Premiums, Moxie Panthers and Moonlight Rollerskates and I also owns these Bont prostar skates. I love them all so much. They are Soft, comfortable, wiggle room in the toe box. They are beautifully made. They are meant for speed. It does take a little getting used too because there is not really a heel so your foot is flat. I replaced the insole with one that has a heel. Bought on Amazon. You can just replace the insole with a flat one if you’d like as the one inside is not very cushiony and I can slightly feel the hard wear underneath the original insole. Just be sure to order the correct size it’s different than the usual mens 8/ women’s 9. I wear a 91/2 and bought a size 7. I didn’t think that sounded correct, but it was. They fit perfect. Love, Love, Love my Bont Prostars!! You will too!

Incredibly comfortable, wide toebox, and so cute! Make sure you really follow the Bont size guide, because these don’t match your normal street shoe size. I’m a women’s 10 typically, and got these in an 8. Despite the higher price tag, these are absolutely worth every penny. I’m taking beginner roller derby classes right now, and the difference between low vs high quality skates is night and day.

I bought these to use for roller derby. Haven't started yet, but I have skated in them. They are absolutely wonderful! They fit like a glove, the quality is great. I would 100% recommend them.
