These aren’t exactly what I expected. I thought they were oval at the bottom, like a solid tube shape but their flat on the bottom. So you can only see the thick part from the sides of the hoops. I actually don’t like the spiral look, so I bent the posts to turn them into hoops. I really like them, though! Their like dangle earrings. I love hoop earrings but they always look too plain on me. I like this different take on them. Shipping was super fast, received them the next day! I have bought quite a few Boma earrings now because I love their quality. The sterling is soft, shiny and white. I do not like the off brand sterling on Amazon because it’s always a dark grey color and not very soft. This is to Amazon: Please go back to the original way to post photos to reviews. This new way is very annoying. There’s no flash option through the Amazon camera in reviews and I cannot always get to my photo album through Amazon. ... show more

I want to love these. I like how they look, how they are made, and basically everything except I felt like I was stretching my ear piercing to get them in. It was actually a little painful. I didn't even try the second ear. If your piercing hole is slightly larger or you don't care about making it a little bigger, then get these!
