I bought one of these for my children 30 years ago and it was really well made. I recently bought one for my Grandson and the quality has really changed. It isn't as sturdy as the old one. The media could not be loaded. This product is directed for kids. My nephews enjoy it but also our cats! chosen to be the Christmas gift for our furbabies and kept the human nephews entertained too. For the price is an ok alternative for the cats. Is a bit loud the music but we used a piece of cardboard and tape and reduced the sound almost a 50% less. A must buy that goes at pair with other games directed to cats but keep them more distracted and entertained. I am recommending this to any cat lover into my circle and out. Would have loved this if there was no music with it. That is not the case. It is over-the-top loud -- not the mechanics, just the song that plays. If you want to go deaf or develop a severe headache then buy this product.

    • Daughter loves it but no volume control and loud!
My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves this but the volume is LOUD and you can't turn it off. Unfortunately we have to send it back and go for a similar product with a volume control. Otherwise it works well and is fun!

The media could not be loaded. I got one of these when I was little for Christmas. It made me feel very nostalgic when I stumbled across this one. So I bought it. I have played with it with my husband. But ultimately I am putting it under the Christmas tree for our little one. It’s as cute as I remember it but I don’t remember the music. I can’t believe I found this. I love how it brings back such great memories. The little penguins climb the stairs and slide down the twisty slide until it reaches the bottom and starts it journey all over again. This toy is near and dear to my heart. ... show more
