Ordered these for grandsons who are six and three years old for the beach. Two grandsons, two trucks, what could go wrong? Why do they both want the same one? Anyway, these are pretty good sand play toys. The wheels roll freely. They are big and can hold a good amount of sand. The only negative is the front loader's movement is stiff, a bit difficult for the kids to maneuver. I don't know how long these will last with rough play. They don't see too sturdy. Got this Bulldozer and Dump truck set for our grandson when he comes to visit. These trucks are a nice size for a three year old and have movable parts and they roll freely. I would consider these both to be a medium weight build at best. The plastic is on the thinner side. Not sure they will take much abuse. Our grand son enjoyed playing with them. ... show more

These kind of remind me of green toys, but not quite as good of quality. They seem decent enough, no fragile pieces sticking out or anything that would require a minimum age to use/play with. Both trucks roll well and all moving pieces function properly and don’t appear to be on the verge of breaking. I don’t think we will let these outside, but they have proven to be fun in our small indoor sandbox. ... show more

This loader and dump truck have moving parts that will allow children to maneuver pieces. I ordered the set for grandchildren to play with at the beach during the family vacation to construct castles and transport shells. Wheels operate well, as does the dump feature. We obtained this pair of toys for the days that two of our grandcildren visit. The kids are four and two and both enjoy them. These roll well and can haul sand and rocks. Kids can put extreme stress on toys and I would say these will last one season maybe two. Not bad for the price.

I ordered these for my girls to play with since they are super into construction trucks and love playing with a big metal one in their sandbox. These are not as big as the one they currently have but because they are still a larger size than other sand toys my kids love them. Unfortunately their sand box is empty of sand at this moment so they haven't ben tested and tried outside long term yet, they still seem like they would make great sand toys. So far they seem sturdy since they have not been broken yet with my kids playing with them and trying to sit on them. The wheels roll smooth, and their are no shard edges or pieces on the trucks.
