These are the only boots I buy for my children they last them 3 seasons as we live in New England and experience all kinds of weather. Snow cold freezing temps in the winter, cold fall, and wet springtime. They never complain about their feet being cold, even with regular socks on. This pair I bought as the next size up. I’ve tried Sorels and various brands from Target, these are the easiest for my independent toddler to put on without any help. They can either step into them or pull them on. They are fairly light weight, my toddler was a little clunky in them at first but learned how to move around in them with ease quickly. Now, at 2.5 they are still our favorite snow and rain boot! This is the second pair of Bogs we buy and the quality is good as expected. Easy to put on and to clean. I’d say it runs true to size. Less heavy and bulky than your traditional winter boots, which is a plus here. On sale, they’re a good buy.
