I bought this for my friend who loves golf. Since there is no women's line i had to make do with the mens shirt. She for reference is 5'10 160 lbs and wore a small. It was still pretty long on her and she had to tie in a knot on the side. My husband also owns shirts from here too and they fit him just fine. Basically saying if buying for a women size down!
