So, initially, my dogs didn’t want to eat these. They stuffed them, held them in their mouth and one of my dogs tried sliding his under the refrigerator. I smelled them. They smell fine. I read the ingredients and they’re made from things people eat. Pretty healthy ingredients actually. So, I looked both of my dogs in the eyes, while sitting cross legged on the floor. I took one out of the bag and began to eat it myself. It tasted mostly like oatmeal. It didn’t have grittiness that many treats have. It tasted fine. I ate a second one and then reacted toward my boy’s treat to act like I’d eat his. He snarled and took it from my hand and ate his. Hey Mikey! He likes it! He never eats anything! That was the first thing that came to mind, watching him enjoy his treat. My girl, having seen both of us enjoy this nugget of goodness, also ate hers. Now, they both happily accept and enjoy these healthy treats. I also eat one each time with them. Keep in mind, they’re made with the same foods that we eat, so it’s not really gross, as some may think. They are delicious little snacks. If it had been marketed as a human snack, many people would be enjoying these things.

I like the ingredients, and every dog I gave these to enjoyed them (I’m a dog walker and pet sitter), but I’m not repurchasing them because they aren’t the texture I was looking for. I wouldn’t describe them as “soft and chewy.” They are crumbly more than anything. Not sure dry, kind of a soft crumble, but definitely not what I think of when I hear “soft and chewy”. I think of like a moist soft jerky that easily rips and squishes a bit but has some chew. These are hard and soft at the same time, and if you try to break them smaller than quarters, they will turn to crumbs. They are crumbly. But there’s nothing wrong with these treats, it’s just not what I was looking for. The dogs enjoy the taste, I just want something that has a stronger smell and is more moist for a high value treat option for the dogs in my care.

I'm guessing that my Nephew's dog absolutely loved them! I was going to get them for my dog too, but she's on a medical diet. I had them delivered to me first so I could wrap them for Christmas before sending them out and they looked good enough for a human to eat. LOL I checked all the ingredients and read everything and I can't imagine them not being healthy or beloved by a dog. They arrived on time, very well packaged and in perfect condition.

I like my dogs treats to be human grade, i dont want to feed my dogs something that im not even comfortable eating. With that said, i taste all my dogs treats, these were kinda sweet and i felt good feeding them to my dogs, who absolutely loved these.
