Oversized is a stretch.... literally I'm 6'4" 300lb old college football player that still lifts. A xxxl fits my shoulders but torso is a compression shirt fit. Barely enough length for my torso too. Thin material and stiff I'm 80% sure this will shrink after the first wash and be unwearable
