I bought these three months ago and have used at least 1/3 of the different bobbins. None of them have given me any problems. I'm a novice sewing machine person. We just got a Brother CS6000i also 3 months ago. I still can't get all of the stitches to work the way I want them on that machine, but these bobbins just work great--drop them in, use them, take them out, put another one in, it's really the one easiest thing about using that sewing machine.     • Nice! Just not for me.
The case was very nice and had a nice assortment of colors, however the bobbins didn't fit in my machine properly. Also, I bought this as an 'add on item' when I bought my first sewing machine (so I didn't really know what I needed) and I didn't realize the bobbins don't really do anything if you don't have the same color thread to run through the top of your machine! But that was my error, not theirs! I was able to return it, and it went very smoothly! The return was easy and quick and I got my refund the day after I dropped the page in the mail! :) ... show more

Had 4 pairs of shorts of all different colors to hem up last week. I was able to find matching colors for all of them in this collection of bobbins. These are just your basic plastic bobbins wound with a nice selection of thread colors. So handy to have them all in one little case. I could tell by visually examining that the thread was of lower quality but I didn't experience any breakage while sewing. Am happy with my purchase. ... show more

Very nice organizer. Thin, easy to store. Its inexpensive see-through plastic- not metal. So can not be stepped on, but still may last along time... I love having the bobbins all ready for use. I've only used the black thread so far, but it has not broken. I cannot vouch for the quality of thread, but may be fine. That would be a good question for someone to answer that has used these for awhile, that knows more than me. ... show more

My girls got new Brother XL2600I sewing machines for Christmas. I purchased these and they work perfectly with the machine. The set has a nice variety of colors. I recently made a lot of super hero masks of different colors and it was very helpful not having to wind a lot of different bobbins. I have also used these on my Brother SE-2700D machine.     • Good purchase, but re-wind the thread before use....
Note for purchases! The bobbin thread is not tightly wound; this makes it look bigger. I wouldn't have cared so much except that the bobbin thread kept getting tangled in my sewing machine, and I would have to rip it out after it was completely snarled - essentially ruining the thread. Eventually I just rewound all the bobbin thread and that has worked. ... show more

    • Perfect color match for projects on my Brother CS6000i
Surprising as it might seem, the first 4 projects I started all had matching bobbins from this set. Saved me the time and hassle of creating my own bobbins - Never would have guess that the color range would be spot on! These were purchased for use in the Brother CS6000i. They fit perfectly in the machine. The only reason these didn't get 5 stars, is because the plastic case was missing the locking mechanism, so it doesn't stay tightly closed. ... show more

I like the fact that all I have to do is pop ithem into my sewing machine...I no longer have to waste time threading bobbins, using up thread. This is a great idea.
