The media could not be loaded. I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s built like a tank . However even though they are designed for 5” trailers the engineers designers did not take into consideration the thickness of the two materials that attach on either side of the tongue , the bottom step and the top steps , The attachment plates are 1/4” thick each , the U-Bolts that were sent were stainless steel which is awesome, but they are only 5” , they need to be 6.5” to work on a 5” tongue. I purchased my own bolts because I don’t want to send this back as it’s a pain in our rural town . Additionally the top step anti skid was ripped in the package. I can also replace that , I tried to contact the seller and Amazon just to tell them about the two small issues without sending it back . Honestly all the seller would have to do is send me new anti skid tape and U bolts that were 6.5 inches long … I see no need to send the whole thing back for that … I would definitely buy agian if they fix those two concerns . I gave 4 stars because the square U bolts were too large for the trailer tongue. I ended up replacing the U bolts with four 4 1/2 threaded bolts, using the nuts, washers and lock washers. Looking forward to using but outside of the square U bolts, it appears to be built sturdy. Note, the top step had a slight bent but not that bad to not use. ... show more

There’s no mounting point for handle,I will adapt it myself. Otherwise they seem very sturdy although not installed yet

I couldn't be happier with the functionality and quality of this product. It was shipped very quickly and arrived well packaged. The only issue I had was that the handle bolts were M10 X 1.5 metric thread and the provided nuts were 3/8-16 SAE thread. No big deal as nuts and bolts are cheap.
