These are nice and bright, plan on using them on our kayaks just in case we ever get caught out in the water at night. Your body blocks them, but we are only required to have one white light, so with two, one on each end we should be pretty visible. The bottom isn't flat so the Velcro isn't as secure as it could be. The remote probably isn't waterproof, so we'll have to be careful with that, but it controls every individual light.

I've tested these all out with both remotes and they work great. You have to supply the 12 AAA batteries to power them all. I'm curious to know how long they will go, but maybe rechargeable lithium would be a good idea in the long run. There is no speed control for any of the flashing modes, so minus a star. Now I'm debating putting them under my RV or in my boat. They do come with adhesive velcro discs. One downside is that the backs are not flat, so I'm not sure how well that velcro is going to work in the long run. So far the adhesive holds, but there is very little surface area actually making contact with the velcro, as a result of the not flat backs.

Being on the water at night isn't ideal in my opinion but sometimes try as you might it can happen. These lights are pretty good for an extra bit of light to help the overall ambience. The only down side is the need for batteries but if you remember to turn them off when not in use they can last a while for sure.

This is a pretty good lighting kit! I ordered it to use on two kayaks to get them water ready. The white lights are necessary but this kit can change the lights to various colors too. The remote controls work flawlessly and easily change the color to your desired preference. I like that it comes with four lights, that gives me two for each yak and a remote control for each as well. These have stayed waterproof so far, and they do require batteries which you’ll need to purchase separately. I haven’t experienced any issues at all and they worked perfectly for my kayaks! Highly recommend!
