I create one of a kind pendents hand painted pendents. I was tired of buying chain on a spool and having all of my chains look the same so I went looking for better options. Out of the bag these chains are quite pretty. They are nice and shiny and sparkle nicely. On closer check when I started to use the chains I noticed a lot of issues: - Two chains had sharp edges the entire length of the chain which made them unusable. - Ten out of 24 chains have damaged or defective clasps that will not even open. - Four chains broke with a light tug. - To top it off, I did not receive the 24 chains I ordered. Out of 24 chains in the pack I have seven usable chains. I will be looking for other options for my next order. ... show more

    • Good value for 24 (well, 15) chains.

I make wire wrap pendants and wanted to hang some from chain. Out of 24 chains there were a few I couldn't use due to kinks, stuck links and bad clasps. Looks like some of the clasps may have been plated shut. On a couple, the plating fused the links together. For the price, I expected a few duds not "Tiffany" quality. If you purchase them, check them over and work the clasps a few times before you use them. Because they are pretty and 15 chains were okay to use after some attention and the price, I might order these again. Also, the chains measure 19.5", not 20". Update: after taking a look at each individual chain, 5 ended up in the trash. Many of the clasps had to be coaxed open with pliers, so I'm not sure of their reliability. For a little over $.50 a piece, I wasn't expecting much of these necklaces. I bought them fully anticipating that a couple would be duds and break easily. I was not, however, expecting for SEVEN of them to immediately break. Six of them broke the moment I opened the clasps and the last one somehow managed to break itself apart from just moving it slightly. Slight movement seems to be an issue with whatever they used to coat the metal with too, because the silver color is already flaking off of another one of the necklaces in an ugly and noticeable way. Keep in mind, I haven't even worn any of them yet! 8/24 of the necklaces I received are unusable. I doubt the remaining ones will last very long. I am incredibly disappointed. ... show more

I ordered these because they were inexpensive and they advertise to be 24" chains. They were also 24 chains in the pack. I ordered both the gold and silver packs. When I received them and measured each chain, they were each only 23" long!! They were also advertised as being gold chains, when in actuality they are more "Golden" then actually gold. One of the silver chains that I received was only 20" in long, and it broke when I went to measure it. Again, they were silver In color, but I highly doubt there is actually silver in these chains.
