I have used Blue Sky planners for years. They used to offer planners pre-Covid that you could personalize when going to their website, but since have stopped that option. I was so excited to see they found a way for me to personalize my planner by including a "clear pocket cover" in this version of the planner. (Not all styles offer it.) You just slip out their art and slip in your own. LOVE that feature! They've also included a paper pocket for mementos (wish it was plastic like it used to be, but last year's pocket survived the year, so I guess its ok). They've made each day's writing area a little bigger by making the top margin smaller, which is also nice. Plastic front and back make it very durable. Tabs are coated in plastic too, so they last the whole year without bending. They did cut down on the notes pages in the back of the planner, but there is still one notes page. You can get a free snap-in bookmark and ruler if you email them (details come with the planner). I use my planner as a journal/appointment book, which works wonderful for me. I journal on the weekly pages and put appointments on the monthly page. Would be great for teachers as well. ... show more

I personally prefer a vertical layout to horizontal, but Blue Sky calendars give choices for covers that I like. Vertical layout gives more writing space. I also like the clear pocket. Quality good, also.

This is my 3rd year of ordering this exact same calendar. This year it is way less quality. The tabs feel cheap, no pocket and the paper feels thin. I have always loved this calendar but this years version, not so much.
