These work well at filtering out blue light from screens as advertised. I included pictures of how they perform when viewing a white document. From what I can tell based on my minimal research before and after ordering these glasses, these are your standard daytime blue light glasses and they probably filter out a fraction of all the blue light emitted by screens. But from what I can tell, this is enough of a filter to make a difference in eye strain and headaches, so I’ll take it! There is definitely more a warm, orange hue on my screens when I wear these. They’re actually fairly sturdy yet light weight and I found that they fit well. For reference, I am a woman with an average size head, but if you feel that the nose pieces or sides are too loose or tight, you could adjust them with a glasses screwdriver (the adjustable nosepieces were an important feature to me for that reason). My husband tried them on and they are a bit narrow on him, but he has a wider head. My only issue with these glasses is that they have a very pungent plastic smell to them. I’m very prone to headaches (hence why I wanted to try blue light glasses), and the smell certainly doesn’t help. I’m deducting a star for that reason.

Cute blue light glasses with adjustable noise pieces. These glasses could be sturdier for the price. They seem flimsy and not what I would consider for daily use so much as a fashion pair for one off occassions. The case the glasses come in does not keep the glasses from being crushed in a bag or backpack, so I’d recommend a new case for travel.

I spend a lot of hours in front of my computer and was searching for eyeglasses that can help reduce harmful light to my eyes. The Baililai Blue Light Eyeglasses works really well to protect my eyes filters out and reduces high energy visible light that is emitted from my computer screen. These eyeglasses should be the solution and help with reducing eye strain and the constant eye twitching that I get from prolong computer use. The lens of these eyeglasses essentially create a slight and subtle yellowish tint to filter out blue light. It's the same idea as when you put your phone into night shift mode and your screen's color temperature changes to a warmer tone. The Baililai Blue Light Eyeglasses are lightweight and fit my face perfectly. There were no issues with the eyeglasses slipping or falling off from my face when I move around. The hinges and nose bridge pads are well made and feel durable. The eyeglasses come with a protective pouch to prevent the eyeglasses from getting scratched. These glasses are cute, I like the green color of the frames. The lenses have no imperfections and the nose pads are nice and tight. The glasses are comfortable to wear and don't slide down.

The Good: I love the look of these glasses, the frames are lightweight and they do help with eye strain. I've tried them for several days at the office where I am doing extensive edits and staring at a screen all day and they've been great to keep my eyes from getting too tired. Comes with a cute eyeglass bag that has that rigid metal snap closure so you have to use some tension to keep it open. Also comes with a little cleaning cloth. The Bad: My only complaint is that they leave those obvious little marks on my nose from the nose pads. That would be the only thing I'd change. The Bottom Line: Like these, have come in handy while working, so I'm glad I got them.

These work as expected, they fit comfortably and feel lightweight on the face. I like the storage case it comes with, the magnetic closure instead of using drawstring was a nice touch.

I have never seen thicker plastic frames with a nose piece!! I absolutely love it. It is very comfortable and fits my face very well. It doesn't slide off my nose which matters so much because I have such a low bridge. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because the bottom of both lenses are a bit cloudy. This really throws off my vision. It works very well to block off blue light and you can noticeably tell the difference. Very sturdy, comes with a lens microfiber cloth and a case to easily store it in your bag or glove box.

these glasses are well made and look nice, however the adjustment is a bit tricky and leaves a bit of mark on my nose when I wear them for a long time!
