I highly recommend buying a pair of Blue Light Blocking glasses - but do your research! Make sure you buy a pair that blocks at least 60% of the blue light. I believe these block approx. 80% or more. I’ve been wearing them religiously at work. The glasses are affordable. I like the fit, the frame is sturdy & stylish. After work, my eyes used to ache so bad it hurt to blink & my eyesight would get so blurry I couldn’t drive. I would get these awful & frequent headaches from staring at computer 8-10 hours a day. After wearing the glasses for two days I could tell a difference. It’s been 1 month, my eyes no longer hurt after work & the headaches have decreased significantly. I have very sensitive eyes and started getting migraines and my left eye started to hurt I began to search the web and found out gamma rays may be a big factor in why I’m having these issues because I’m a gamer I game 24/7 when I’m home. So I instantly googled nice gaming glasses found some that where 100$ or more and most of them where out of stock thank fully because then I came across blueCut, Seen they where 24$ and installs bought them and waited by the window everyday till they came in, instantly opened them up to try them on. When I got it all open I found out that they had water spots and a nice half moon scratch in the left lense. My eyes are already sensitive so I new this was not going to be help full for me so I got ahold of Steve over at blueCut through amazon, he got back to me pretty fast same day I believe and the response I got blew me away. He asked me for my information and then told me he sending me a brand new pair for FREE I didn’t even have to pay for shipping. When I got them I instantly opened them up and put them on an they were perfect no scratches no water marks just clear lenses. Definitely worth the 24$ and let me say I used them for few day’s now and they work rarely get eye strain now and barley get migraines now. So that shows it works since I game 24/7 on 32inch curved monitor and legit sit 2feet away from monitor. I have to say that at first glance I was sold, these glasses in person are just perfect for the “I need a pair just to read” glasses that double as a blue blocker. I got two pair, one magnified (1.5) for iPad as I’m on that quite a bit in the evening and a plain glass pair for tv watching. I have only had them for a week or so but right off the bat I can definitely feel better able to sleep at bed time. I didn’t know about this process until I was complaining recently and a friend who uses them religiously said to try, I did and aside from forgetting to put them on occasionally, they work, and look great to boot.
