They are really good quality, they don't make my head or eyes hurt. I wear them every day from 6-7 ish until I'm in bed ready to do to sleep, they have helped me wind down for bed because now blue light doesn't affect my circadian rhythm. Really good glasses!

Putting these on is like letting your eyes slip onto a couch after a hard day's work. They immediately relax both my eyes and my state of mind. I know it's time to wind down and get prepare for bed when I put them on. They're fantastic for when you're watching TV or doing something on your laptop prior to getting in bed, or even just sitting under overheard lights or a lamp. I like to wear them 8pm and onwards; when I do that, I find that I fall asleep faster and easier compared to nights that I don't. If you use an e-reader, they're great for reading in bed as well (to block any blue light from your device's backlight). Not to mention, looking at your phone before bed (even on top of the night shift setting). Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their sleep hygiene!

Let me start by saying that these glasses were just a little too tight on my head and it caused some discomfort for me. Other than that, these glasses are great! I love the shade that they are. It's perfect for for night time, really takes the stress off the eyes. Putting them on you can immediately feel the relief on your eyes especially when you're working with bright screens or overhead fluorescents, and especially if it's at night. And wearing them at night really helped with my sleep, too (I felt tired sooner, and even slept better, too). I think these glasses are best suited for being stationary and just looking at a screen or watching TV or something like that; but if you're gonna be dynamic & moving around a lot, I found that it was a little disorienting having light still coming in from the sides while walking the fully lit office. They're very lightweight & are comfortable in the nose; some glasses tend to mess my nose up, or rub my bridge raw (that's not a euphemism lol) Honestly, if they weren't too tight on my head, or were adjustable, they'd be full 5 stars, no doubt. Great glasses, great lenses, great results.

I bought a second pair for my son's birthday gift because these are such high quality glasses. I have not used blue light blocking glasses before so I do not have any other brand to compare to these, but I have to say that it makes a huge difference when you spend a lot of time in front of a screen. Plus the price was affordable. They also make the world a happier place when not looking at the screen.

As for the Blu light stop glasses, they are still under observation. So far, I have not noticed any different feeling from the state before starting to use the glasses.The filter clarity can be a case per se.

I am very thankful to the creator of this product and thus thankful for it because it really works. You might see most ratings on the individual glasses because of people purchasing those instead of this set like maybe they only wanted the really strong orange type color ones as an example but I purchased this set just in case as I will be able to use each kind for various reasons. The one that is the least of blue light protection so like most clear, that may provide a little bit of protection and you can see that there is a difference in the lighting when you check it back and forth with sunlight. But the ones that are more yellow are definitely to use with your devices to provide protection for your eyes to help about sleeping later at bed time that you will fall asleep. So I use these when I am using my devices for example my computer, smart phone, or tablet. Now the 3rd pair of glasses that are more orange color, definitely those are to wear some hours before bed I would say 3 hours before bed but if it has to be less then so be it. These orange glasses I must say really do the job in helping us to fall asleep at bedtime. I will give you an example. Many weeks ago there was a night that I made a huge mistake where before I was going into bed I had to use the bathroom and I decided to take my smartphone in the bathroom with me and use it, so looking at the screen, looking up stuff on the internet, all of that stuff. That was a huge mistake and I should have realized right away what I was doing but didn't realize, now huge mistake because I wound up not being able to sleep for almost the whole night and then I only was able to get about 1 hour of sleep in the morning. And yes I had a sleeping eye mask on. EMFs could have played a role but I think it was the blue light. I did have a different brand of blue light blocking glasses on for some hours before going into bed however they were a kind that did not have a lot of protection like they were something for the daytime you could wear and you can see a difference versus the sunlight when you check it back and forth but still you could see they didn't help a whole lot and they were not much yellow and definitely not these orange color ones. Well a couple of days ago with these new glasses in this case the orange color ones I had on for that ultimate protection to help that I will fall asleep, I wanted to look up something on the internet using my smartphone before I went into bed and had to use the bathroom. Well I did have these orange colored glasses on for about 2 or 3 hours as I was watching some television with my mother and what I wanted to look up on the internet I didn't think of earlier so as mentioned I used my smartphone before I went into bed. Thankfully because of the orange glasses for that maximum protection, I was able to fall asleep when I went into bed some moments later. It might have been some more minutes then I wanted but still I fell asleep and was able to get a decent amount of sleep and fell asleep after waking up and going to the bathroom to urinate. I wake up at night to urinate, sometimes multiple times, but I think these orange glasses might be helping that I wake up just one time instead of multiple times to urinate but that I will have to keep observing. If these glasses will help that I don't wake up at all and keep that urine in until I get up that would be wonderful but I will just have to see over time. But yes these orange glasses really do work that I fall asleep at bedtime. Remember though that it is important to wear these glasses for some hours before you go into bed. If you can only do 1 hour, then just do that and it still might help that you fall asleep at bed time. I am very thankful for this product because like one year ago or more I had purchased blue light blocking glasses from a different brand that were red colored and kind of hard to see stuff and they were uncomfortable to wear like not a normal frame. When I found a different brand that were much more like normal glasses, they helped a little bit but still it felt like I have to stop using my devices like smartphone, computer, tablet, a couple of hours before going into bed but television was usually okay to watch. If I wasn't home like instead in the evening at an event or religious services and was using one of my devices, I probably could get away with using the device but then when I get home have to immediately put my devices away and start getting ready for bed and then go into bed. What I do now for an event that is in the evening and will be using a device, I will use the yellow type glasses and then once home getting ready to go into bed, or starting on my way home, I will wear the orange glasses and obviously take off when I am in bed and put my sleeping eye mask on. For those who need the Sleep ZM glasses that fit over their prescription glasses, then their packages might be different in relation to the bundles but you can still find all 3 kinds of glasses. Also as of right now, while they do have a website, their main store is on Amazon which has most of their products. By the way, I purchased 2 of this bundle product so that my Mother will use. She hasn't used much yet so I will have to keep on her about it but one time she did use that strong orange one for a little while before going into bed and when I asked her in the morning how her sleep was, it was pretty good she said as she has been having sleep issues like I was, hers worse than mine.
