My wife has been getting migraines for years. Seems we narrowed it down to the fact she gets them while at work. She works on the computer all day so I decided to see if there was something that could help her eyes with the mean old screen. I bought these because I didn't know the size of her screens for the filters that go directly on them. So these got here by the next morning and she was able to use them right away. She wears glasses and these fit over them easily. The look like Shiney colored safety glasses. She said they actually worked but looking at anything other than the screen they make look weird. She has people in and out of her office all day and then looking at papers wasn't a thing. So she had to keep taking them on and off all day. They were a life saver though. So the end of the story is that they actually help protect your eye balls from the mean old computer screen. She gets less headaches now. They will work till we can afford the expensive screen covers (she has 3 screens going at once). After that she will carry them in her co.puter bag in case she needs them while looking at someone else's screen.

Best over-glasses blue light blocker’s that I have found. I wear these all the time for computer and driving. They block just the right amount of blue light to still allow me to see normal colors, much like sunglasses. Other blue light blockers that I have tried may block slightly more blue light, but have the negative effect of everything being darker and severely altering colors so everything looks a wierd greenish yellow. These seem have just the right amount of blue light filtering to allow my eyes to comfortably look at screens, and also are comfortable wearing for driving both daytime and night, I highly recommend these

Thank you for the information you provide to understand your product. I feel less tired after working long hours with the computer. I still can go to sleep and rest. I will add that despite the beneficial effects. A breathing excercise would help you even more get a good rest. I do not have a TV set in the bedroom. I have a good stereo, jazz music and some classical. Also some pop. Also no eating in the bedroom. The bedroom is the sacred place were our body rest.

I just recently was diagnosed with a right eye stroke and partial vision loss. The lights on the computer was causing me a lot of right eye pain, my daughter suggested I try the glasses that block out the blue light. They really do work! I can wear them over my reading glasses, wish that I would of found them sooner.

I’m a doctor now, but when I was in college, I did research on the pineal gland and it’s hormone, melatonin. We proved that the gland and secretion of melatonin was exclusively dependent on the perception of light. Later, it was determined that it wasn’t just any light, it was specifically the light waves that these glasses block. So, even though you are still able to see, your pineal gland thinks it’s nighttime, melatonin gets released and your brains and body react accordingly. These glasses work. And that’s the science behind it. And they are comfortable and the customer service terrific. Don’t hesitate. Purchase.

Blue blocker glasses are a MUST HAVE for anyone who uses a computer, an iPad or other type of tablet, or who watches tv! It blocks the harmful rays that damage your retina or other parts of eye. Can prevent macular degeneration. I was diagnosed before learning about these glasses. I am now preventing further damage by wearing them when on any device. THE BEST THING ABOUT THESE BLUE BLOCKER GLASSES ARE THAT YOU CAN WEAR THEM OVER YOUR READING OR DISTANCE GLASSES! *Note: “Not all glasses advertised” really block harmful blue light. You need to look up blue blocker charts. None of the “clear glasses” block harmful rays. You need the “Amber Colored glasses”.
