The app for this brush is so bad. It connects to the app but will not stay connected while brushing, or it will not let you start the brushing process. It will not register past brushes if it was not connected to the app at the time. So there is no way to track your children's progress in the history. We have this brush and the adult one for my older child, and that seems to work better. As a standalone brush, it does the job, but we got this due to the app and being able to monitor the history. It doesn't do that.

This brush syncs to a device and makes brushing fun for kids. Also, it’s not the parent telling them so for those hardheaded kids it’s great. 2 full minutes of brushing while rotating around the mouth to get every tooth brushed. Great product!

The app is terrible. It’s been down for over 2 weeks and, when I tried to initiate a chat to find out what was going on, had to wait hours for a response and than was simply told they were aware and working on it. Do NOT waste your money on this product.

We used to have to send my 9 year old son back to rebrush because he had not done a good job. With this he sees how he brushes and is proud when it says 100% now I don't have to send him back because the toothbrush gives him feedback so it has stopped the arguments and even the dentist has noticed.

We bought this toothbrush to help our daughter understand how to brush her teeth and to keep track of her brushing. The app records maybe 1 out of 10 brushes, which makes it impossible to use the brush to actually track her brushing. The brushing guide is helpful in theory, but does not accurately track how she is brushing (says she's brushing the top left but really she's brushing the front). Unfortunately, we stopped using this brush because it didn't work as intended.
