I purchased this product in july 2023 been using it since and compared to past blu phones i've had. This one has never given me battery issues or power down even when theres plenty of battery left(an unfortunate drawback to older blu phones even tho i loved them). Don't expect to keep loads of apps open like a samsung or iphone. Love everything about the phone. I got the Cyan Color one so the only thing I would want different is a clear case to show off the color. I did uninstall all the preloaded games and some of the apps that transferred from my old phone. It really helped wi th the performance of this phone. My sim card from my old phone works great on it, the price was awesome and it takes really good pics.All in all a great phone just wish I could find a clear case to fit it. ... show more

    • First Blu phone to DISAPPOINT. WORST PHONE EVER.

EDIT/UPDATE: I DESPISE THIS PHONE. Seriously, don't do it. Get ANY other phone out there. I guarantee it will be better than this one. It shuts itself/restarts roughly 20-30 times per day, if not more. (No, that is NOT an exaggeration. If anything, it's a low estimate.) I'm trying talk to someone on a call? Nope. Restart. Want to switch between two apps? Nope. Restart. Look at the phone too hard? Restart. Want to play a game? That's cute, but NO. RESTART. The service request on Blu's website doesn't work. It is missing a field for submission, but that field isn't actually present on the form. I tried calling the number..."No one is available to assist you. Goodbye." I *think* this phone may still be within warranty limits but I can't actually contact Blu and I'm so irritated that I'm just going to eat the cost and find something new. Blu, you've failed miserably and I'm done with you. I wasn't going to leave this update until I spent an hour trying to figure out how to contact the company with no success. Is this update reactionary? 100%, but it's an outburst that's been brewing for nearly 4 months now... Hopefully it saves someone the urge to rip their hair out like I've had to restrain myself from doing... Original review: This is the third Blu phone I've had. Each of the others lasted a few years each, which felt reasonable for their cost. I have had NOTHING but issues with this model. Dropped calls, apps closing mid-use, restarting itself multiple times a day, freezing up. Blu products have always been dependable for me, so I hesitate to give too bad of a review, but go with a different model. I either got a lemon, or this model is just glitchy and is a huge irritation. When it works, it works well, but I never know when it's going to decide NOT to work...The camera is good, the sound quality is good, the size is good. I just wish it was reliable. :( ... show more

I get trapped in a car without android auto for 2500 mile 2 lane blacktop road trips a few times a year. This phone Google, assist, and maps work great. The two day battery does not bite it when you are running everything for 12 hours straight. The antenna is magic it kept signal on 80% of mountain trip where no one lives and their should be no signal. 5gb of ram, android 11, 128Gb internal storage, USB C plug and it is fast. You can run 4 graphics at a time. The camera is not a potato so you can take iconic photos of the loneliest highway, the lowest point in America, and 6000 foot drop you are about to drive in the next 15 minutes. Bluetooth works for both audio and car. Sound is not bad for a phone. And it comes with case and screen protector. Cons looks too expensive. It is harder to bargain with the natives if they think you can afford an iPhone. The pictures are too nice and large to send on rural DSL. It has been a few months. I still love it. I resized the pictures so all my Amazon review photos are from this phone now. ... show more

Pros: You won't be disappointed with all the features of this phone. I arrived at the Blu brand after owning several expensive Samsung Note phones. The quality for the price can't be beat. I've owned 3 Blu cell phones and I can't say anything really bad about the brand. I've had this model for 3 months. My last Blu phone, I had for almost 3 years finally, after dropping it in the toilet 3 times and bouncing it down the stairs at least twice - it finally said, "enough is enough!"😁 The picture quality is decent to me, I'm not expecting anything near the product that a $4,000 Nikon or Olympus produces. The charging is relatively fast and lasts a day plus with heavy use. It's easy to use, I didn't even need to read the user's manual. The sound quality is quite good and I almost forgot, it's surprisingly light. Cons: I was surprised that it was only a 4G device, I mean come-on, it's 2023 after all. I got a slight scare when I 1st charged it because it became a bit warm and all I could think of was it starting a fire - while in my pocket 😳! Turns out I was overreacting as it's never happened again.😜 ... show more

Short answer: This phone will work on AT&T network if you edit the APN's "APN type" to be _EXACTLY_ "default,mms,supl,hipri" and make sure that's the only thing you change. Long answer: You've probably heard all the trouble people have been seeing since AT&T started enforcing their network upgrade. Only 4G phones will work. Some phones are 4G data but 3G voice calls so those phones only internet will work, not voice. Some phones only SMS will work, not voice or internet. If you stay on the line with AT&T tech support eventually you'l be escalated to someone who will give you an AT&T URL to some advanced settings for APN. Only change the "APN type"; if you try to change other values... especially the MNC... the phone will revert the entire APN profile back to whatever it was before. ... show more
