I have had several blu phones before and they were okay for the the price I purchased them but this phone is beyond terrible. First of all, the charger that came with the phone won't stay connected to the wall so I have to manually plug back the charger every 5 minutes. Second, the battery life is terrible. I got this phone for my mom. She’s in a nursing home and she loves it. She can use her unlimited data to watch streaming services and she can text with it. She loves that she was able to make the font bigger so she can see it better.

I was very disappointed when I received the phone and there was something wrong with it so that it wouldn't charge or come on or anything! I tried charging it for an hour and nothing changed. I would not buy this item again and I strongly suggest no one else should!
