These shoes are really cute and well made. For me they are a very good fit, but the narrower shape of the toe bed might make these too narrow for some. Frankly, I really like the taper of the toe bed, as it makes these less clunky and a bit more feminine, but just know that if you have a wide foot, these likely won’t work for you. I bought the ones that I think were referred to as red, but in real life these are actually a dusty plum-ish purple and are a GREAT color. They also were $10 cheaper than the other colors when I bought them. The embroidery on this pair is very attractive and complementary as well. I was somewhat concerned about the platform, as platforms can sometimes be hard for me to walk in, but it is a very low and minimal platform, making them stylish and updated while still being very easy to walk in. I now own 5 pairs of Blowfish Malibu Sneakers. They are so comfortable, so adorable, and amazingly, they don't cause my foot pain to get worse. I have worn them for hours and walked miles in these shoes, and been incredibly pleased with them. I'm tough on my sneakers and they get washed frequently. They wash beautifully and generally dry overnight . The one caution is that the sizing is a bit inconsistent. I have ordered a size 8 each time, but the fit varies from pair to pair. The last size 8 ran large and the heel slipped a bit. Solved the problem with thicker socks, but I wish they would be more consistent in their sizing. They are so cute, cute, cute that it makes a small sizing glitch a non issue for me. I'm addicted! Try to buy them on sale if you can. Sometimes the price can vary up to $30 a pair for the same shoe. ... show more

These shoes are cute, I love the canvas material of these dark blue embroidered flowers on the shoe sides. I opted to keep them for partial brief outings. They are definitely more comfortable than the regular flat blowfish sneaker, with a thicker sole a semi soft insole. These shoes are not slip on. I love the lace length, easy to tie, the laces do stay tied. If the intention was for this shoe is to be an all day, weekender vacation wear shoe, it is not for me, I think due the long narrow toe and the heavy weight of the shoes. I wear a 7.5 they are a tad long, the heel is a bit loose. With socks the fit is fine. The shoes are heavy in comparison to my favorite shoes, Dr. Scholls Time off. After wearing the Blowfish Malibu all day while watching and playing with my grandchildren, my legs were sore, my feet were not sore. ... show more

Super cute, quite comfortable too. The heel is a tiny bit loose but not enough to return. I love the neutral color, the embroidery stands out nicely, good value for the money, while on sale. The shoe is well made, i expect several fun years with these sneakers.

I wear a size 11 in women's shoes, so it's hard to find cute shoes in my size. These are so cute!! I love them! The distressed look has caused strings to come loose here and there, but no real issues. The quality is ok and I haven't had any issues other than loose threads. I wish I could buy these in every color, but they are on the pricey side!!! They fit well and aren't narrow. The blue is true as the pics! The shoes never caused foot pain or rubbing!! Super cute! Comfy, the insoles feel good. Color matched perfectly with my outfit. The embroidery is beautiful. I would give the fit a 4 out of 5 stars. I have skinny/narrow feet and wear a 8.5 to 9 in sneakers/tennis shoes. I got these in a 8.5 and I feel like a 9 would of been too big for me. They're loose enough in the back that I can slip them on and off easily but they are a tad tight in the front. If you have a wider foot you definitely will want to size up. If your foot is narrow, get the size you normally wear. Overall it's a really nice shoe. I would recommend and will definitely purchase again in another color. ... show more

Incredibly heavy and uncomfortable, had to return sadly. The flowers are really cute, but they were like walking on a brick, no cushion or bend to them, and the sole is extremely heavy. I knew it was kind of a platform, but I didn't expect it to feel like that when on. Nothing like my other pair of blowfish sneakers that they no longer carry. :( I will also say the black is really faded in person, more like a charcoal gray to navy blue in color.
