These deck tiles have a clean, finished look of beautifully manicured grass, and went together much faster than expected. After installation, they feel firm and stable with no movement, noise, or slipping when walking on them. If there’s ever a reason to remove them, they lift back up easily without hassle. Since they’re still new, I can’t speak to long-term wear, but the construction allows water to drain freely, and the raised base keeps air circulating underneath. I installed these over concrete in a pattern using wood tiles from the same manufacturer. That is in a front entry vestibule with a shallow step, and the height worked out perfectly without interfering with the door threshold. They’ve stayed in place with no sliding, even without adhesive. The construction also makes it possible to glue them down while still maintaining proper drainage and airflow. Traction has been good even when the surface is wet, and the appearance matches the product photos. So far, they’ve met my expectations and I’m pleased with the purchase.

I really like these. I have priced out turf installation - $6-$8 a square foot. Yes, they do a ton of work grading, laying primary materials and such but this is nice - toss it and go If sprinklers are under it, the mats do fly up but that’s to be expected. I need to redesign where these will go but they are holding up and draining well considering my sprinklers have sprayed on them - not directly and not saturating, but there is always overspray It’s quite enjoyable and soft enough for my kids to lay in the sun on them so that’s a win

These tiles look nice and seem to be good quality. The tiles are sturdy. The color is a nice bright grass green that adds cheeriness to your space. I put it on my patio, and the color brightened the space, and the texture of the grass added comfort and warmth. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough tiles to cover my entire patio, but it's still enjoyable even as a small patch of grass. The only negative is the black plastic edges that stick out (see my pictures). I suppose you could try to cover it up with stones. I didn't see any creasing within the tiles, but you can tell they're tiles and not one big piece of grass.

The grass arrives pretty smashed down from packing, but it bounces back a bit once you fluff it up or rake it with your fingers (almost a shag carpet look). The tiles connect very easily and are just as easy to take apart for storage, which is a big plus. However, since they don’t snap and lock tightly together, they’re best used on a flat, hard surface. If you place them on uneven ground, they can come apart. However, when placed on a smooth, solid surface, they stay securely connected—even if you step near the edges. They do not flip up. The center has only a slight give when stepped on, which is barely noticeable (and I am pretty heavy). One thing to note is that because you can keep adding tiles to expand the area, two sides will always have the plastic interlocking holes exposed, but not extremely unsightly especially if they’re placed against a wall. The shaggy grass tends to hide it. They are about 1" tall, so keep that in mind if you do not cover the entire area, you will have a slight stepdown to the surrounding surface. Overall, they’re convenient and easy to use.
