These were a fantastic take with you on the go breakfast bar. The flavor was very good, exactly as stated - the cinnamon roll had a good cinnamon flavor with a sweetness you would expect. This being plant based protein I feel made for a great breakfast item. The bars themselves were easy to put into a pocket, a snack bag or even leave a few in your desk drawer for the quick fix. I especially enjoyed these with a coffee - like having a cinnamon roll and coffee, yet having protein and fewer carbs than you would at a bakery, yet still have the great taste you'd expect!.

The first thing I noticed is that each individually wrapped bar is pretty dinky in size, which is good for a light snack. But if you are having it for breakfast, for example, it would take 2 or 3 to be filling (each bar is 100 calories). Each bar is lightly iced with a drizzle. They are not crumbly or messy at all. This is a huge plus for on-the-go eating. The texture is a little chewy, which on one hand is good to keep your mouth busy so you don't wolf it down before your body can register satiety. But on the other hand, if you have issues with your teeth, they may be challenging to eat. The flavor is cinnamon-forward but not spicy. The bars are not overly sweet. One thing to note is that there is sunflower seed in these bars, so if you are allergic to sunflower (as I am) you should not get them. My spouse has been doing the taste test for me; I got these bars for him anyway since he requires a gluten-free diet. It's a real blessing to find a treat that he enjoys as a lot of gluten-free snacks are just not that good or the texture is unpleasant. The texture and taste of these bars could easily be enjoyed all the same by someone not on a gluten-free/dairy-free/nut-free diet. At the current price of about $38 for a pack of 30, that's a little over $1.25 per bar. For a dietarily considerate product, that is a very good deal. If you were hungry enough to eat 3 for breakfast, that's still under $4.00 which is less that some people's coffee.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Blake’s Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bars but both my husband and I ended up pleasantly surprised. I’ve had gluten-free foods in the past that were a pale comparison to their gluten-laden counterparts. The Blake’s bars are smaller than we expected at not quite one ounce apiece but they are very tasty. The bars come in a box of five and one receives six boxes for total of 30 bars at $1.25 each. Not bad for an allergen-free meal or snack packed with five grams of protein and only 100 calories. The breakfast bars are soft and chewy, not crumbly, and satisfying if one allows time for them to register. They do have a sweet cinnamon flavor but not the buttery richness one associates with a cinnamon roll. They are made in Canada by a manufacturer who has food allergies himself and couldn’t find a satisfying allergen-free snack. I appreciate that the manufacturer shared the back story; it makes me more comfortable in the care that went into avoiding allergens during production. I remember when moms made cupcakes for birthdays and sent them to school for everyone to share. Nowadays, everything has to be pre-packaged and allergen-free. These bars certainly meet those requirements and one could confidently take them to class, on field trips, or offer them at sporting events knowing that they are healthy as well. Blake’s breakfast bars are a convenient, nutritious choice for those who suffer from food allergies or anyone who appreciates a clean meal option.

As someone with celiac disease and multiple allergies, finding a safe, delicious, and easy breakfast or snack bar is nearly impossible. Most granola bars and quick breakfast options are off-limits, which is why I was so happy to discover Blake's. I decided to try these because they are not only certified gluten-free but also explicitly state they are free from the top nine allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and dairy. For anyone with severe allergies, this level of safety is a massive relief. The bars come in a pack of 30 (six boxes of five), which is perfect for stocking up a large pantry or for providing a safe snack for an entire class at school. I will note that these bars are rather small—each is less than 1 oz. My husband, who regularly eats granola bars, usually has bars twice this size. However, where they lack in size, they definitely pack a punch! Each small bar is only 100 calories but contains 5 grams protein. They absolutely do not taste allergen-free. Both my husband (a gluten-eater with no allergies) and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor, and I found the protein helped keep me full between meals. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It's a fantastic, safe, 100-calorie, and flavorful option for people with dietary restrictions or anyone looking for a healthier snack. I will definitely be buying more of Blake's brands in the future!

When I saw these Blake's Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bars, I asked my wife if she would be interested in trying them. I wanted to run it by her for two reasons: one - she has a lot of food sensitivities and I thought she would like to try them out; and two - she absolutely LOVES Cinnamon Rolls. She sounded intrigued, so I placed the order. We each tried one practically right away after the case of six boxes arrived, and we both agreed that they are very tasty. Do they taste like "real" cinnamon rolls? Well, not EXACTLY; but they are very good though, and have very interesting flavor notes all their own. The great thing is that they are wholly free of ingredients that are common food allergens for lots of people, such as wheat, nuts, soy, dairy, and eggs. They do contain sugar, but it's not nearly as much as many other similar bars out on the market: a bar contains just 7G of added sugar, which is less than 2 teaspoons. The product is also certified Vegan, Kosher, Gluten-Free, and non-GMO, I've never heard of "Blake's" before, but I'm glad I ordered this item. It seems to be a quality-made item, and my wife and I really do like the flavor. For those who are interested (because I didn't see it mentioned in the product ad), this product is distributed by a USA company, and they are produced in Canada.
