I bought a kitchen bar and a credenza on Amazon of this same kind of wood finish. My new scratch and dent sale fridge works great but ugly next to my new furniture, so it needed an overface and I used this contact type paper sticker on it (we measured and cut it to fit- seams blended invisibly), with 2 people it came out stunning, you cant tell one dent and it matches the bar and credenza perfectly. Im very happy with my unique, sleek and classy fridge now and thinking about lining all my kitchen shelves with this paper now just as a compliment. I suggest 2 people if putting on a long area because one can apply slowly sticking the top while leaving the backing on and pulling down couple inches at a time while the other person presses out bubbles as its being laid out. I think putting a long piece on alone would be much harder, have to pull an inch skim an inch and go down like that to avoid trapped bubble situations but if done right its beautiful. It's a good product. Was a bit thinner than expected, I thought it would be a little sturdier, it ripped very easy. Once placed on the desk top it looks great. Stickiness is great, no worries of it peeling up on its own.

Durable. Easy to Install especially that you can peel it back while installing to smooth out bubbles and folds. I used it as a protector for a portion of my wood desk that I just refinished. The new finish did not allow me to use my mouse because it was now new and more shinny than the original finish. i was really disappointed the mouse didn't work on the new finish. I was surprised the mouse worked on top of the wall paper. No mouse pad needed. Big bonus for me. IF YOU ARE USING A MOUSE PAD FOR SOME REASON AND IT IS IN THE WAY OF PAPERWORK THIS PAPER CAN BE USED AS A MOUSE PAD BY INSTALLING A SMALL PATCH IN THE MOUSE AREA. ... show more

This product is FANTASTIC! Adhesion is NOT an issue with this black wood grain vinyl as of my June 2026 purchase. If you know your vinyl, works up like a cheap Orafol med cast. ( OraCal 751 for the cricut crowd ) If your product drops/lifts/falls, you stuck it to an improperly prepped surface. Good surface = no dirt, debris, dust, OR OILS/WAXES/POLISHES (ie: pledge) If you scuff or sand the surface, great! Just DAMP CLOTH the dust away before starting. Pro work requires pro tools, so get a sharp blade, a squeegee and a hair dryer. ( Heat guns and embossing tools are sledge hammers for swatting flies ) If you’ve got curves, corners and creases to contend with, no problem! go bone up on some car wrapping videos on YouTube, trust me. The time you spend on the video training will buy back double time on the struggle bus. warm it, work it - warm it, work it ! IYKYK. Don’t blade it until it has cooled completely, ( it contracts as it cools from heating ) ... show more

The stick isn’t too strong but it also maintains its stick after removal for readjustment. Only problem as to why it didn’t work for me is the shine from the paper makes it obvious that its wallpaper, and it didn’t do well over textured wall. Created a bunch of bumps. So if you want to use this on a wall like I did, make sure your wall is smooth or else every bit of texture will show through and give it a bubbly look. ... show more

I’m using this wall paper to resurface some shelves on some old IKEA bookshelf’s. The paper is fairly thick but has some texture and the color is a pretty close match. I’ve recovered 2 shelves and enjoy the outcome. While I haven’t yet, the next few shelves I do I will use a lo-heat heat gun or blow dryer to help bend the curves. It looks like the pictures, pitch black and you can feel the textures. My only issue is that it’s SUPER thin. When I first unrolled it, the wrap felt pretty durable and I thought it would make the application a lot easier. Apparently it rips super easy. Think of a perfect middle between computer paper and tissue paper. That’s about where it’s at.. will unfortunately probably have to buy a lot more considering how many redos I’ve had to do on just one strip of my counters. It’s been an hour. ... show more
