Overall we liked these. I ordered 2 for a remodel project. Looked good in the bathroom. Fairly easy to install. However, had to retighten several times. Had to buy a 3rd faucet because one wouldn’t stop dripping. I would order again!

    • Sturdy, good looking and works well.
Happy with this fixture. The only issue I had was the supply lines used kink very easily and when kinked they can block the flow of water. I ended up winding some copper 12 gauge wire around the kinked hose like a spring and that fixed the kink.

I am very happy with this purchase it took me a bit to install because the instructions are not that great and once I was done handles will open the wrong way but once I got it second faucet was a breeze. for the money I paid I hope they last at least a year last remodel I paid over 300.00 each for a brand Pfister and they didn't last past 1 1/2 year before all hardware started getting loose and some leaking just made horrible for what I paid for name brand. ... show more

Strongly recommend install a water softener If you purchase this. Help alot on cleaning. And without water again after use. The installation Is simple. You may diy. The faucet sizes is bigger than my expect. Water flow is stronger than standard round hole faucet, Never have to turn it on all the way, save water. Love the faucet, not the plastic sink strain. So far the black paint Is not pilling out. Perhaps the water softener do help to prevent it happened. ... show more

We bought this faucet as an upgrade when we remodeled our bathroom. Love the look of it. We had issues with the cold side leaking and universal line was bent (due to packaging). Seller reimbursed us money to purchase new line. Cold side still leaked so we purchased other set of lines. Same issue. Seller sent us a whole replacement.
