It says milk fabric, it's costume material. It's not hoodie material. It fit me as a plus size lady. The hood is not as good because it's thin, so I tried it on with a wig and it helped. Thin hair beware. The costume is well made. It really does glow in the dark. The ears on the hood are metallic silver and they are cute. I wish the hood was a little bigger and stiffer so the ears would stay up. It took some work to get them to stay up. It's actually longer than I expected. It's like a one size fits all, and it actually is. I'm about 1x-2x and I was comfortable. It's thin and in texas it's usually hot, this is great. Thin but not too see through. This is a poncho style costume with a hood. The hood has little ears on it and other details make it clear this is a kitty cat casual costume. It's better quality than the usual 'costume' material, a smidge heavier, and with a better drape and ventilation. It's still a bit thin for my tastes, but it can easily be layered over warm clothing for a cold night. Got this for myself but looked so cute on my 11 yr old its hers now lol. Fabric is thinner than i thought but nicer as we will be layering in fall anyway. Design is good and ears are sweet! Smaller fit but good size for her. Thank you!
