The quality of the fabric is excellent (very soft, which is important for little ones) and the way the costume was made was ideal for a young child. I ordered this for my daughters Halloween costume. It was perfect! We got so many compliments and she was nice and warm while trick or treating. It seamed a little large on her but it still worked for the time we needed it. It was super soft and cozy. Wish they made one in my size!

Both. The fabric quality really surprised me. It's fleece inside and out. Very very soft. Vibrant color. Got for Halloween and it's now going to double as fun winter dress up PJs. It's a little big but I would still follow the seller's size chart as my daughter is big for her age so we always kinda struggle with fit. The ankles and wrist are cuffed with elastic.
