The media could not be loaded. It doesn't appear to work at first but this unit really does the job! I use mine for classroom rewards. Video included so others see how to get it open. There's a way to adjust the turner for "free" turns as well. Just remove one internal screw and mechanism and you're good to go! ... show more

Product never came with instructions. It doesn’t take US quarters. I returned it as well but had to pay the shipping fee too for $30. Unbelievable
