Great soap base, melts well and blends well with oils, herbs and colors. Easy to cut down into chunks for melting. Delivers a nice lather on skin, a bit harder to make swirl designs in. Overall I would definitely buy this soap base again for my projects. I wish they offered pricing for more than 9lbs amounts as I need to buy this product in bulk. I honestly like this soap the lather is great cures fast, holds some essential oils well but some disappear as essential oils do. Holds mica great blends easy , whips easy, melts easy, I add a bit of castor oil so it doesn’t dry up as fast then I can pour at cooler temps than 130 without clumps I might switch to the shea . Give it a try . Or mix them idk you started a melt and pour obsession ! I will continue to use this for my whipped soaps and probably come back if I fail at cold processings lol ... show more
