I picked up the BISSELL TurboClean Upright Deep Carpet Cleaner not expecting much, but it honestly exceeded expectations. Setup was simple, and the machine is lightweight enough to move around without it feeling like a workout. The suction is stronger than I thought it would be for a compact cleaner, and you can literally see the dirty water getting pulled out of the carpet—which is both satisfying and kinda gross at the same time. It did a great job on high-traffic areas and older stains that a vacuum just won’t touch. The rotating brush really helps lift up embedded dirt, and it leaves the carpet looking noticeably cleaner and fresher.  Another big plus is the two-tank system, so you’re always using clean water instead of recycling dirty water back into your carpet. Only downside is you’ll probably have to refill the tank if you’re doing a big room, but that’s expected with a smaller unit. Overall, if you want something affordable, easy to use, and actually effective for regular carpet cleaning or pet messes, this is a solid buy. Definitely worth keeping around. ... show more

I’ve been using this carpet cleaner for my Airbnbs, and it’s been a really solid investment. It does a great job lifting dirt and fresh stains, and the included cleaning solution works well—especially for high-traffic areas. What I like most is how easy it is to use and maintain. The water tank is simple to remove, empty, and rinse out, which makes a big difference when you’re using it frequently between guests. I just had my first chance to use my unit yesterday and I’m very satisfied. It was easy to use and easy to clean. I like that I only had to empty the dirty tank once after filling the clean tank twice. I would like to give this carpet cleaner 5 stars, but (so far) I can't. This small, light cleaner did an excellent job. I needed to empty and refill the tanks three times for an area of about 20 square feet, but that wasn't a problem. It's easy to assemble, easy to transport, and the included instructions are more than adequate. I'm taking away a star because it's almost impossible to remove the dirty water tank. There are two latches, one on each side of the tank. The right one, as I stand behind the unit, is easy to lever out and up. But the left one is almost impossible to unlatch. I've installed and uninstalled the tank several times, and each time that left lever has come very close to defeating me. I'm hoping that with a few more uses, the left latch will loosen up a little. But in spite of that sticky latch, I'm very happy with this unit. ... show more

It is an excellent machine! We bought a Cleanview Max vacuum and were so impressed that we eont go back to Hoover units. Pro: Easy to assemble Light weight 7.5" cleaning width (gets into tight areas) Very powerful suction Good brush speed and contact. I have nearly as much water in the dirty tank as I discharge from the clean tank. I've never seen that with our Hoover. Never when I rejred a Rug Doctor. Easy to store Excellent dirt removal Single con to us The tanks are smaller. Offset by having a lightweight, thinner and easy to store machine. We got ours today and our front room office carpet had not been cleaned in three years. After four clesning passes we are still seeing Florida swampwater. This machine is doing a superb job. We used to have a Hoover cleaner. Huge, heavy, cumbersome. I never cleaned like this Bissell ... show more

This bissell shampooer is one of my favorite products by far for cleaning the carpets in my apartment. I have asthma and allergies , and this product cleans with such ease. It is very efficient, easy to clean and operate; highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to spend hours and hours cleaning the carpets. The tank holds the perfect amount of cleaning solution mixture for smaller rooms for one cleaning session as well. The brush works great, with no issues. This shampooer is also very versatile, in that it isn’t bulky and can be stored many various locations without being in the way.     • Great machine for smaller lower traffic areas.

It works great for my simple needs. Smallish space to clean for single person home traffic. This cleaner is Bissell’s basic model but it did really good job. One of its best features is the machine is easy to take apart and easy to clean all the compartments. The whole unit is pretty compact so it is easy for me to store in my 900 ft condo. You would want to look look at the larger Bissell carpet cleaners if you have a larger area and/or heavier foot and pet traffic. Because it is compact, the clean water container is not that large. You will be emptying and filling the containers ALOT. I want to add that I did have an older model of the pro heat version and Bissell improved the design so much. I really can’t stress enough how much better this design is. The old one was clunky and impossible to clean. To clean under the front clean cover that sucks up the water, you had to take screws out that also kept other parts together. So all you saw was all the dirt and pet hair that didn’t make it through…..it was gross. So I’m saying this one is a 100% improvement in design. ... show more
