1st time using so can’t speak to longevity of this product. Super easy assembly-just click together. Very lightweight and with that feature comes smaller capacity solution tank and narrower cleaning path but worth an extra refill to save your shoulder! Can’t really comment on normal drying time as I make multiple drying sweeps with the cleaner to extract as much moisture as possible and used many fans to speed up drying time. Carpet looks and feels great after dry and throughly vacuuming to remove any residual pet hair or shampoo. It did remove a few spots that my older and much heavier carpet cleaner couldn’t. I used the included Urine Odor solution and carpet smells wonderful. Emptying dirty water tank easy and a few rinses removed all debris. LOVE the feature to removal nozzle cover to clean! Overall very happy with this purchase and hope it will last a few years. It will be used A LOT! ... show more

I’ve always loved Bissell products and this one doesn’t disappoint. It’s smaller than my last one but works better. It’s easy to use and you don’t have to constantly clean the brushes after each use. You do have to empty it more often than the bigger cleaners but I don’t mind because it makes a huge difference on cleaning the carpet. I also like the smaller tool for doing stairs or upholstery. I wish I would have taken a before and after because this little machine does a great job! ... show more

I’ve used Bissell carpet cleaners exclusively in my life, and this carpet cleaner is a great addition to a home. I felt that the carpet cleaner. Overall, great quality cleaner. Pros: easy to clean after use; the two greatest features in my opinion are the the removable nozzle (front part where the water travels from the rug to waste bin) and that the cleaning mechanism stays upright when cleaning. This to me works like an industrial cleaner but half the size and not as heavy as other units making it easy to move around and use. Solution spray is very effective and suction power is great. Left the rug damp and not wet which is great. Con: would not recommend for use on a house full of carpet. This was used on for rug cleaning. And the tanks will have to be refilled multiple times. For example, I used this on a 9x13 rug with 1 inch nap and had to fill and empty the tanks twice. Also does not have the wand attachment to do corners or spot clean. Also does not have the heater feature, but can be alleviated by using hot water. ... show more

Well it did a great job! I just got it yesterday and so today was the day! You do have to fill the water and empty the dirty water more often than with the bigger ones, but it’s because the little containers are smaller than those big bulky machines. It’s a small price to pay for clean floors on a budget and a smaller machine to contend with and live with in a small space. We live in a RV now and my big Bissell Pro Heat went out. Bissell told me it was the pump. Well, it’s old. That model was from like 2008 haha- Try and tell me it wasn’t a good one!! Anyway I was tired of that thing being in our way. I have a Little Green spot cleaner machine and it does a great job, but it just wasn’t big enough for me to keep my carpet clean. Bissell we need an extender pole so we could clean standing and not kneeling with the attachments ;). Anyway, I saw this little machine with the attachments and all and I was ready to try me one! Well, waa laa we now have nice clean carpets again! My husband was very happy that he now has more room to let his recliner back as well! - Oh we managed with the big one back there, but Baby Bissell as I’ve nicknamed him ;) fits a lot better! We just didn’t need another big machine for 300 sq ft. Oh it does require a bit of refilling and emptying out the dirty water and such, and cleaning out the roller at the end was a bit of a mystery to me as well. The front part comes off but the bottom doesnt as far as I can tell! Well I sprayed it out with my sink sprayer. It isn’t very big so It wasn’t hard. I managed and it worked great! It cleaned up our mess and dried so quick, too! Amazing how fast your carpets will dry when the the pump is working correctly! If you’re looking for a smaller machine and/or an inexpensive way to clean small areas, this may be the one for you! Oh and I loved the improvements they’ve made to the accessory brush tool (Its now self cleaning and comes apart to clean too - Thank You Bissell! 🙏) And that edge tool, too, wow! Nice! 😊 👍 i didn’t even need my spray bottle and tiny brush to get up in the tight places! The accessories do it ALL for you and in the end, even clean themself! Wow! If you decide to get one, Be sure you get the model with the attachments! We all need those! And these work great! All in all I’m happy with my purchase and our big Bissell is now off to that great dumpster in the great beyond! Have a great night! And Happy carpet cleaning to you all! :) ... show more

The Bissell Turbo clean is a nice lighter weight carpet cleaner. You have to empty the waste tank approximately when it’s half full. The fact that the machine is lighter than some of the heavier versions makes it easier to except that you have to change the waist tank more frequently. It cleans very well. I absolutely love the Bissell cleaning solution that comes with it. It has a wonderful pleasing scent. The center is stronger when you first clean but dissipates a bit as the carpet dries. It’s not so much a perfumey scent as it is a fresh clean scent. The front bottom panel comes off so you can clean in that area as well. I do like that feature. The clean solution tank and the waist tank are relatively easy to remove and reinstall. Recommended. ... show more
