The media could not be loaded. My entire house is vinyl plank flooring, almost all 2000 sq ft of it, so I tried this out the same day it arrived. It was very quick and easy to setup: snap the handle into the main unit, pull out the tank, fill to water line, and I added the sample sanitizing solution it came with to the formula fill line. I dampened the mop pads under a bit of water, plugged in the cord, pressed the power button, and it started to spin. I pressed the spray button and after a few tries I got it going smoothly. That’s it! It practically propels itself gently around. If you have vinyl plank floors too and are worried about it being “too wet” and moisture seeping underneath, I don’t think you need to be concerned. I think the spray (at least on the one I got) is a bit more gentle than the Swiffer wet jet, and I think the mop pads do a decent job of both absorbing excess liquid and spreading it around well. Maybe it is because I opted to dampen my mop pads, but it seemed to go a very long way. I actually feel rather confident and comfortable cleaning my floors with this electric mop. At first I felt like it was too slow, but then I realized the speed it wants to go is probably the right speed for it to actually clean well. So I let it do its thing and guided it around my kitchen and dining room. What normally takes me almost 30 minutes to do with a Swiffer Wet Jet and a lot of brow sweat took me about 15 minutes tops with very limited effort. I waited for the floors to dry and they look fantastic! No weird streaks and a it left a normal clean finish. The solution seems good, but I will try this again with other solutions like Fabuloso, white vinegar, or Dawn, and also want to try the scrubbing pads. I wish I knew about this sooner. I would have saved up my money for this mop and never would have purchased Swiffers or Spin Mops and all their expensive disposable accessories. I am invested in the idea of reusing things as much as possible, so I appreciate that the pads can be thrown in the washer. I already purchased extra mops pads too.

The short story is it is easy to use and works so well! I would purchase it again without a thought if i needed. Floors look amazing! The long story... I was hesitant to buy this but I really needed to get something. We have a 60 pound lab mix and just got an Irish Setter puppy. Both love going inside and outside all day. Vacuuming our house and using a hand push Bona just became impractical. (Tile downstairs and LVP upstairs, no carpet other than rugs.) I had been willing to pay the almost $1000 price tag on the Dyson Submarine, but the reviews and videos just didn't make me a believer. (We currently have a cord and cordless Dyson so we are already brand supporters). I found that this item and the product description made sense as well as the video and reviews. The packaging was over engineered, no chance the items inside could be damaged unless run over by a bus. Assembly was very easy, it was pretty much already fully put together. I can't say anything about the cleaning samples they sent, I have just been using water or water with a small touch of vinegar, but there were 3 that came with it. But my floors!!! Wow!!! I wet the mop heads before use with water and when I turn this on it simply glides over the tile floors. The amount of fluid you squirt while cleaning will lengthen drying time but my tile dries in about 2-10 minutes. The LVP I am more judicious with the spray so it dries faster, more like 1-2 minutes. The dogs walk around on the floors before the water dries but I never see prints when dry (tile and LVP are a faux wood plank, walnut color.) The mop heads are white when you get them but they certainly won't stay that color. The first use amazed me in how much dirt and dust we had... like ewe^10. After one use and a wash in the washer they were a light gray. After using them weekly for about three months they have settled into a nice medium gray tone after going through the washer. It amazes me how dirty these two dogs and two people can be! But my floors look and feel amazing. I do vacuum the floors first, then use the Bissel. For my downstairs (1000 square feet) I am done in about 30-45 minutes. Upstairs there are more items to move around as well as closets and bathrooms to go in and out of. I would say upstairs (1000 square feet) is more like 45 - 60 minutes. Again, those times include vacuum and mop use as well as dry time.) It comes with two or three sets of mop heads I think, but I bought extra so that I could trade them out as they got dirty and get a couple with more umph at scrubbing if needed. (Have not needed the scrubbers yet.) I use 2-3 sets downstairs since that is higher traffic and can usually get away with just one, sometimes 2, upstairs. They are velcro and I haven't had any issues with them coming off during use so far. The soft side of the velcro is on the mop head so they don't snag on things in the washer. I am 💯 in love with this product. I won't say I look forward to cleaning, but I do love how clean the floors feel to walk on after I am done. My husband is a super fan of the product as well!!! My dogs, the jury is still out with them. Added benefit - our puppy was smart and potty trained pretty easily. But there were accidents for the first few months. We got this item when she was about 2 1/2 months old, but the main room we kept her in had a little urine smell to it. After using this product for a couple weeks the smell was gone completely.

My first floor cleaner (different brand) was battery powered and too lightweight to get dirt off floor. This one is heavier so it keeps the cleaning pads on the floor and I don’t need to go over dirty areas many times. It is motorized, doing all the work so my arms and back don’t get tired. Finally, the cord allows me to clean anytime without needing to wait for a battery to charge. Best floor cleaner!
