I have been wearing Birkenstock sandals (favorite model, Arizona) since writing an article about this footwear in the 1990's--trying to figure out what all the fuss was about them, how they are worn year-round in the Pac. NW where it rains a bit, and they are pricey. As a part of my research for the arcticle, I tried on a pair and was SOLD! these sandals are fabulous. I have been wearing them every since. Perfect! Love the color! The “narrow” size is about the same as the regular size, and if it’s your only option go for it because you can loosen the straps! I love them!

I've been wanting some Birks for a while and am so glad I finally purchased them. They shipped on time, in their original box and then in another box for extra protection. I had tried these on at a store in my town to get the correct size. I am 6 1/2-7 and ordered a 37 Narrow and they fit perfectly. I like the way they look and my first time wearing them was odd because I've never worn shoes such as these before. But like all new shoes, I think I need to break them in more before I can be totally comfortable! ... show more

I absolutely love Birkenstocks, they are my go to for summer weather. Comfortable and supportive. My last pair were looking a little worn for work so invested in another pair. They last for years and once broken in, it like bare footin!

Normally, I would not want to buy Birkenstocks without trying them out. However, these were very reasonably priced, have great arch support and are a reasonably good fit considering you can personalize the 2 straps to your feet. My left foot is a little less comfortable in fit than my right - but that’s obviously an anomaly in my foot, and not in the shoe. I do wish it had been available with black straps. ... show more
