Incorrect size was sent for these shoes. The box was torn to shreds. The shoes themselves were worn and stuffed back into the box. As much as these cost, you would think better attention would be paid to getting the correct orders out to the customers.

I purchased my last pair of Birkenstock Arizona's in High School, that was 14 years ago and they just now finally are worn out enough to warrant replacement. I have worn these around the house and yard nearly everyday since I have had them. Worn with wool socks in the winter, much to the chagrin to my wife who hates them with or without socks.
