I have 2 other pairs of Birkenstock sandals and a pair of clogs, and I love these more than I thought I would. I bought them in matte black as an alternate for my black Teva flip flops I always wear. They are even more comfy than regular birks because of the foam-like material; I go for walks in them all the time. It does feel bizarre how lightweight they are since I am used to my regular birks, but they fit just as well and are just as supportive. I was confused between the men's/women's sizing since usually they are considered unisex, but I ordered my normal size 41 under the "women's" category and they fit just like my others. The only thing I don't love about them is they seem a little static-y, like they attract dust and bits of dead leaves if I walk through grass, gravel, etc. Not sure if this will discontinue the more I wear them, but my regular flops occasionally do this too, so maybe it's just the nature of the material. Overall, a fantastic buy for the price and super on-trend right now! :)

I wanted better beach chanclas cuz my Nike Slides weren’t cutting it. They’d get wet and I’d slip around in them. The strap also retained water so they would smell like mildew after the beach. I got these to wear around the house and short trips to the beach but they are so comfortable I wear them everywhere. I was worried they would make loud fart noises like some of the reviews said, but they don’t for me at all. Actually the reason I love them is because they don’t make slapping noises when walking down stairs. I’ve done city, beach, and flat outdoor walking in them and they are so comfortable. I don't recommend them for any kind of rough terrain or rainforest hikes, for that I wear Tevas. But unlike Tevas, these dry quick. I have worn them as shower shoes and they don't stink or slip like every other chancla I've owned. Even the Tevas slip and smell bad when you get them wet and don't dry them outside. I wear these with jeans, chinos, sweatpants, shorts, bathing suits and like the way they look. It took a few tries to get the right size, they might run a tiny bit large, but I have skinny feet so the narrow ones fit perfectly.

I’m curious if Amazon will even publish this bc it discusses price gouging, but I both these in 2022 for 40 dollars and now they are 72 dollars. That is not inflation, that is price gouging. They’re great shoes and luckily have held up well even with intense usage, but you will have to decide if it’s worth 72 bucks for a couple of plastic molded pieces. Will not buy again unless the price drops considerably. Wow.

Love Birkenstock’s. Was looking for a summer shoe that had the same great support and craftsmanship as the original Birkenstock. This shoe molds to your foot after a few times of wearing them. I have worn them in the garden and one simple rinse in the shower gets the dirt and dust off. They are my new go to summer shoe even though I am a die hard flip flop wearer. I have worn them to Colorado with socks in the cold mornings and out in the heat during the day. When I get home from work being on my feet for 12 hours I can’t wait to put my Birkenstock’s on. Best money spent! Shoe is true to size. Order the same as you would wear in a regular Birkenstock shoe!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I gave up my flip flops and literally wear them everyday. I live in Florida, so the fact that they are waterproof is amazing. I plan to get multiple colors. Buy them and you will see what I am saying. People said they are narrow, but I have very narrow feet and still has to adjust the straps. My all time favorites.

The good: these started out as the perfect shoe for just about everything in the summer. The fit was perfect (I had to get the narrow but they worked perfectly). I wore them for a few weeks and started to think they would be the only shoe I wear for 6 months out of the year. The bad: after just a few weeks of wearing them a huge split started by the big toe area. Really wanted these to work out, but had to return them.

This is the first pair of EVA Birks that I've bought. Very similar to original Birks, except that I've had a little trouble with the material rubbing a blister on 2 toes. Hopefully that will stop as I get them broken in.
