Took me three times to get the right product i was looking for. First order was too big due to wrong size i ordered. Got confused with EU size. Returned it. Got refund asap. Next one was a faux leather. I was very dis appointed. Returned it too. So if you order birkenstock please read details of the product. Shoes are awesome! I have many pairs of Birks but these are my first soft footbed ones & I love them! Still have the awesome support that I have come to enjoy. Only issue was that the shipping box & actual shoe box were both pretty banged up but shoes were fine.

Shoes are extremely small as shown in photos. Leather stretches, but I'd have force them on to get them to stretch. And thats using the last hole in strap. Be careful of size. I normally wear a 9 and these seem more like a womens 9. Colors are lighter than shown. Really wanted a slight darker. When my box arrived, 1 shoe was outside the box?
