I’m new to Birkenstock & recently became obsessed with them. I have recently bought my first 3 pairs & they’re all Arizona sandals. My first ones were the big buckle shearling in narrow width in brown oiled leather (not from here) & I really liked them but found them slightly too narrow but still kept them. The second pair (also not from here) were sky blue newbuck with narrow width & a soft footbed they fit me perfectly out of the box. My third pair are the ones I bought through this link & they’re these gorgeous purple metallic suede ones lined in shearling. Based on the listing, I thought these would also be narrow but when I got them, I realized they were regular width. At first I was sad because I thought they’d be too big but they fit perfectly, more like the fit of the soft footbed narrow width. I think the shearling takes up s lot of room. I feel like my feet are really in the middle in terms of narrow or regular when it comes to Birkenstock’s. So I guess I could wear a narrow it regular depending on which shoe it is. I think I prefer the fit of these to my first pair, but I definitely recommend them. Aesthetically, they’re gorgeous!! Who doesn’t need purple fuzzy sandals? I highly recommend them!

What's not to love about Birks? I am slowly trying to replace all of my shoes with Birks. I have too many feet issues to list so I need the best support I can get.

I got these and put them on and they were a half inch SHORTER than all my other size 43 regular Birks. I don't know why. Heck they are clearly stamped 43 regular right on the sandal. And yes, I have compared them with other NEW ones I've had for a while that have not been worn. They still fit, but they are not the same size as I expected. Weird, huh?

I really thought I was going to like these but was disappointed. They're a bit on the big side but still rub against the side of my foot just under the big toe. A friend at the pool had a pair and they really like them so I got a pair for myself. I'm keeping them for quick runs to the mailbox or to water the plants in the morning, but can't wear them for long periods without hurting my feet.

I've been a devoted Birkenstock wearer for well over 40 years. After years of resisting, my wife finally bought herself a traditional cork and leather pair in a feminine style, and is now a fan. Knowing how vulnerable to water is the cork and leather version (it is the only real shortcoming), I bought her an EVA pair, in a dark green – for gardening and being out in wet weather – for Christmas last year. She has nothing but praise for them. While last year's pair are still wearing well, she wanted another color for wearing "in public," and was delighted to have these. I will say that when they arrived, they struck me as more gold than the light brown I expected; but I should have paid better attention to the color name – which was "Metallic Copper."

I love these sandals. I own 3 already. I ordered these and they were too small so I had to return them. when I went to buy a bigger size they were sold out.

These don’t fit, they are not regular they are narrow. Generally though I love this style of Birks, perfect for summer or anything messy like gardening and the price is right. 10/10 even the Wirecutter recommends them.
