I bought this shoes at the beginning of my work week, and by the end of the week the button holding the strap down fell off. I’m sure I can go and get it fixed, but it’s pretty ridiculous that it happened so quickly after purchasing the shoes

There very stiff. It's going to take some time to break them in. I love the pristine white but I wish they were a suade instead of a harder leather. But I think once I get them broke in I will love them.
