I like these. Can wear to those outdoor concerts and simply wash off any dirt. They are comfortable but like any Birki may take a couple of wears until they/or your feet conform. I would purchase again.

I have serious foot issues and am post surgery for a Jones Fracture. Right now, the only shoes I can wear are Birks. I needed something to use to water plants and work outside in. The regular width was hard to find and I do have on narrow pair of Birks that are fine. I ordered these and figured if they were not comfy, the could become my pool shoes. They are not real comfy and I wish I had held out for the regular width. the straps do not feel as soft or comfortable as leather or even the plastic with foam Papillon straps. My feet do not feel,as stable in them as in my many other Birks. I am glad I bought them because I was afraid of ruining my others out in the yard, but they definitely are not " the perfect shoe" for my problem feet. ... show more

Absolutely love these shoes! I bought these for my daughter and they are so comfortable and fit true to size. We where the same size 8 but her feet are more narrow than mine but we were able to adjust them to fit her perfectly. I will be ordering some for myself! The media could not be loaded. These were pictured AND described as cork soles and leather straps. The soles and straps are like rubber. And all black. Rip off. Returned without even trying them on. So cheap looking.

I could not rave about these shoes enough! They have been my go-to since I got them and I cannot imagine my life without them. I have tried to get a knockoff pair from Target or Walmart and they do not even compare to the comfort level of the Birkenstock ones.
