I have the Bira Craft (SunLit) 6" die cutting machine and am very pleased with it but I didn't like the long platform that it came with. I noticed that Bira Craft came out with a new machine that has a magnetic cutting plate ( 4 piece) and it recently became available to order as a replacement. So I ordered it to use with my original Bira Craft 6" machine and just recieved them today. I LOVE THIS cutting mat and platform ! ! ! I did have to fine tune my adjustments on the side to use them but that is the reason I love this machine! It is adjustable as you can see from the pictures. I also like the shorter platform. If you are looking for a nice machine that can be adjusted without a bunch of shims and extra things to cut your intricate dies and use 3D Embossing folders I would definately recommend getting this machine. I also recommend getting this 4 piece magnetic platform too although you wouldn't have to, I just like the fact I don't have to use sticky notes to hold my dies in place. I did a lot of research on this before I bought it. The YouTube videos for this machine and the magnetic cutting machine are a good reference if you want to see how it works. I like this one instead of the magnetic machine because this one folds up and the handle comes off for taking it with to retreats. I just wanted to share because I like products that work well. I bought all of this because it was just what I was looking for and I don't like bringing my Sizzix to retreats because it is awkward to transport and one time it fell and my handle came off.
