I need to extend my wifi antennas about 15ft up from underground, I have my man cave in an old bomb shelter underground about 50ft from the house where the router is located, I am using a wifi 6 ROG nic and and AX11000 ROG router and my signal strength is about 30% with 480/mb down, with my laptop right next to the router with a wifi 6 nic my speeds are about 800/mb down, so im trying to see if i can get somewhere around that speed for cheap since i dont have enough yet for a wifi 6 repeater.. so i tried to extend my antenna above ground since my laptop on top of the bunker gets about 650/mb down.. but these extensions dropped my signal down 8% getting me about 20/mb down.. so now im just gonna have to wait till i can afford a wifi 6 extender... ... show more

Well these made my wifi strength worse somehow. My guess is the shielding is awful. I have an external antenna which really helps my signal but it wasn't quite long enough cabling. I bought this to be able to place it a little farther away and at the exact same spot the strength is worse than using the crap plastic antennas that came with the motherboard. ... show more

I bought these so I could extend 2 of my antenna on my router to the outside of my shop. The shop is all metal and there is no cell or internet inside. By mounting two of the antennas outside I now have internet inside! Fantastic!

I wanted a little more freedom in placing my wifi antenna. Unfortunately these cables degraded performance to 1/5 the previous speed. I tried quite a few different places for the antenna. Gave up.

I went through all the hard work of rewiring everything just to find out that these connectors didn't even fit to my standard cell phone booster cable the male and female ends are completely opposite of what they should be the female end has the little nipple Port sticking out and where the mail end should be does not have one so these people had it completely backwards I don't know what these are for but they're not for a signal booster or Wi-Fi ... show more

Works as advertised. I used one of these to remotely locate one of the two antennas on my wireless CCTV DVR. That allowed three of the wireless cameras to connect reliably. After a LOT of work, the system is now stable. There were too many competing WiFi signals. Pretty typical for a residential application if you ask me. And, for what it’s worth, I will NEVER install another wireless camera system again. POE cameras are the way to go! But this cable helped to save what was almost a failed installation, so I am a happy customer! ... show more

    • Worked great to relocate my security camera antennae

I have a steel sided barn that I would loose the wifi signal when I closed the doors. Used these cables to move the camera antennae to the outside of the barn. Just unscrewed the antennae from the camera, screwed in the cable, and used the same antennae at the other end. No more loss of signal !

People buy this to attach antennas higher for better signal. this made so, i COULD attach them higher but the signal was even worse than if i just kept the antenna installed inside my desk. Probably shipping it back because I truly cant see how or why I would keep this
