the stick itself is gorgeous and I was happy to get an even better deal for Black Friday. however, the item box was not double-boxed for shipping so the beautiful lacquer finish was damaged because the box was crushed during transport. it would have been a five stars item, now I am just waiting to return it. again, disappointed by packaging, item would be just perfect. UPDATE after my review I was contacted by the seller who offered to send out another stick, and no need to return the damaged one. I am positively impressed by the effort. ... show more

I've played lots of pool, but never owned my own cue. So was a bit confused when I received it & the tip was jagged & messy & not smooth like expected. There was no instructions on what to do. A friend told me just chalk it up & use it & it will smooth out. Would of been nice to know ahead of time. But overall it's a good cue & comes as described. Good price too! ... show more
