It's definitely useable, but not perfect. Installation was a bit of a pain, and rotating the pole within its brackets to install it wore a few marks into it. This isnt a concern for me but might be disappointing for some customers. It also tends to move around a bit if you tap it or brush against it, so make sure to adjust it before leaving if you put a light on it.

Once installed, this bike handlebar extender worked fine. the challenge was installation. Included are two sizing rings for each bracket. However, they are of plastic and were very difficult to install and keep the ring from moving once installed. I ended up removing the plastic rings and using a rubberized strip which grabbed better and kept the bracket from sliding around the handlebar once tightened.

This setup just doesn't seem to work with the handlebar of the Lectric XP 3.0. After trying every configuration I could think of, I just couldn't get it to where both mounts, once mounted, would allow for the horizontal bar to match up with the holes on the mounts. I'm sure this extender would work fine for many types of handlebars, but the bends/curves of my particular handlebar just won't match up to allow for a proper fit.
