Product arrived on time, in two separate boxes. No damage in shipping. The instructions are pretty easy, pay close attention to the diagram layout, we got the sides backwards a couple times, but easy fix. Everything is labeled correctly, and pre-drilled. All the hardware accounted for. The only issue we had were some of the boards splitting and one of the pre-drilled holes was in the wrong place of a shelf support. But again, easily fixed. All the wood is raw and will need to be sealed (I stained part of it, and painted others). Our daughter loves it, it was a birthday present! Perfect open sides for being so hot here in Florida. We searched for the perfect play house for our coffee shop and we came across this one! It was super easy to put together, it’s excellent quality, and we were able to be creative with it and turn it into a little coffee shop. The customers at our shop love this addition and the kids love it!!!

My wife and I bought this for our daughter on Christmas and had a wonderful time putting this together. Our daughter loves this play café. Well built and easy to put together. Took like 1 1/2hr to put together with some time in between playing around.
