these are one of my favorite snacks to keep in my vehicle because they are dry and fresh tasting they give you the salty bite of something like a chip except much more healthy and can help me stay full when I'm out and about. The main thing you need to know about the snack besides it's high protein and fiber is that you cannot take large amounts bites so it's something easy to eat slow a couple at a time like two or three chickpeas at a time and you must have a drink otherwise your mouth will feel very sticky and dry and hard to swallow without enough moisture. These are not everyone's favorite, but they are certainly on the top of my list for a healthy snack !!! also good on salad and in homemade trail mixes ... show more

Personally, though, they weren’t quite my taste. The texture is nice and crispy, but the aftertaste felt a bit chalky or dry to me. I first bought these at Whole Foods and they were so delicious I wanted more but this order was dry like they were over dried or something. Maybe it was a bad batch but why would you sell a bad batch to consumers?

Perfectly crunchy all the way through and a perfect amount of salt. (Sea Salt flavor). These are perfect snacks and won't stick to roof of your mouth like some others. CAUTION: The Habanero is really HOT and has a lot of salt. Prefer the Sea Salt which is a perfect blend of crunch and munch.
