These balloons are very good. They have been outside in the cold, the heat, the rain, freezing rain for 2 weeks and are just starting to deflate. They are very difficult to tie off. I used a pump to pump them up. Figured a way to use the neck of the pump to tie. (Not a bike or ball pump) I also stretched them before pumping. I would not recommend using your breath. They are pretty hard to pop unless using a sharp instrument.
