It's a $15 watch band. You're not buying this expecting real leather or quality. And you'd be correct on the former. As other reviewers have noted, the so-called "genuine leather" seems more like a piece of foam with perhaps a millimeter of fake leather on top of it. A band with real, actual leather is going to cost more than $15. But... I'd dare say this is a pretty damn good band. I like how it feels, and the color-matched buckles are a nice touch. I've been wearing it for a while now and have been impressed by how well it's held up. It gives the Apple Watch a nice, simple "leather" band aesthetic that surprisingly isn't really offered by Apple unless you're willing to spend upward of hundreds of dollars for the Hermes bands. For $15, this has ended up being a really nice band.

The band looks great, however the leather (unsure if itโs real leather) is thin and makes a plastic noise. I would not recommend this band if youโre looking for authentic leather and strong band.
