I thi k the material feels very cheap. But I love it! I got it for my one year old for Christmas. And it has a music button. So when the click the top it will play music. She loves music so love it has that setting. The color setting, will flash brightly so you can see the color and say the color. Or say do you know what color this is? Then when they click it again it will tell you. I think it is a very good learning toy for young kids learning colors, numbers. And letters!

I ordered this toy for my 9 month old grandchild; he is now 14 months and still plays with this almost daily. So far he has only played with the music activity, and he loves it. The top lights up as the music plays. It plays piano music. I like that when he pushes the top in the middle of a song, the same song continues to play--it does not start a new song. There are activities for the alphabet and colors that he will enjoy as he gets older. It is extremely sturdy; this toy has been dropped on a tile floor many, many times and it still works perfectly and has not been damaged from the drops.

My son loves this toy. It’s so cute and educational. I just wish so badly the speaker was on the side and not on the bottom. The sound is muffled on the playroom rug and there’s such a difference if he picks it up.

I purchased this for my 2yr old who is soon to be 3 in 2 months...so I think I purchased this right on time for her age. I probably love this more than she does, but I love it because of how well thought out this product was ..the creator really made this toy stand out compare to all the other products out there that teaches the samething.. it will teach the little ones in a fun (hitting) way...I really really love that when it recites the alphabets, we actually understood every single letter. Some learning toys I've bought in the past would be hard to understand some letter. When it teach the colors: if they pick the wrong one it says that color and than tell them to try again. It also teaches to count with instructions and it counts with them example: hit yellow five time or hit blue 3 time and it counts every hit, repeating the question if its hit to many times.

Got this as a gift for my one year old grandson. It was a hit. He carried it around so much and batted at it that something broke inside and the volume is now very low but will probably buy another since he loves it so much. Great songs, a great learning tool too. It will grow with any child.

Last one lasted over 4 years with lots of use. This new already shows signs of wear. Price was only acceptable with exceptional wearability. So only more time will tell. Until then, 3 Stars is it!

This is great for my one year old and preschooler! They can press the mole to have it teach letters colors and numbers, it has a lot of features for a small toy. The color quiz (whack a mole style) really helped my prek guy to learn his colors in a fun hands on way. And the classical music it plays is amazing, seems like the full songs not just a short blip. My daughter loves that part and if she hits the mole while the songs playing it doesn’t restart it just a musical instrument sound so she can “play” along. Love this more than I thought we would!
